The software industry has accepted that change is constant, the unexpected always occurs (and needs to be embraced), and delivering value to the customer early and often is essential if you want to gain a competitive advantage. As a result, working in an Agile way has become the norm for development teams around the world.
Constant change, unexpected disruptions and delivering value to the customer are not unique to the software world however, and the Agile Mindset is being applied to other industries at an exponential rate. In our 3 hour workshop we will use a mix of activities and presentations to discuss what the Agile Mindset is, how it differs from a more traditional approach to working, and how that can be applied across an organisation.
